Ordnance is the heart of victory
Long horizontal banner in navy block letters reading 'Ordnance is the heart of victory', with a red heart carrying the word HEART in white and a navy bomb-and-flame ordnance insignia at the right end. The pun on 'heart' and the single abstract slogan are the technique; no argument or fact is offered.
