'Our Men Out There' Need Your Help
A sailor in undershirt and white cap carries a large shell across the foreground, with gun barrels flashing behind him in the dark. A white card reads 'Our men out there need your help' and the base bar reads 'Enlist in the United States Navy'. The ordinary working sailor and the gunfire scene are the appeal; the technique is only moderately strong here.
