Pictures in the News poster, No. 6 (Arabic poster distributed in Beirut)
The Arabic edition of Pictures in the News No. 6, with the same photographs as the English sheet: African journalists visiting the New York Times, women UN delegates from Togo, Uganda and Morocco, a television interview, and a rail bridge at Khledia. Its Arabic headline calls the bridge a 'bridge of friendship', a symbol of Tunisian-American cooperation. The tell is glittering generalities in that headline, with transfer through the Times, UN and U.S. Army engineers.
