De politieke heksenkeuken (The Political Witches' Kitchen)
Two old women in dark cloaks, captioned as Dr. Kuyper and Dr. Schaepman, stoke a fire under a cauldron marked '2e Kamer' (Second Chamber), from which caricatured politicians rise as winged imps on broomsticks; a pentagram, black cat, skull and playing cards fill the room. The witchcraft props attach the stigma of sorcery to two named party leaders, one Protestant and one Catholic, the day after the election run-off.
