Pull for Victory (Buy War Savings Certificates Regularly)
A bird in a Union Jack waistcoat pulls a worm that has a caricatured Hitler face from the ground, above the line 'Buy War Savings Certificates Regularly'. The tell is the worm with Hitler's face, which labels the enemy leader as vermin, while the national symbol on the bird attaches the saving appeal to the war effort.
