Ready Power for Peace, 7th Fleet poster, 1964 US poster: A sheet on the US Seventh Fleet

Ready Power for Peace, 7th Fleet poster (English poster distributed in Manila)

A sheet on the US Seventh Fleet: a carrier and escorts seen through a binocular frame over a Pacific map, plus photographs of a combat information center, a jet on a flight deck, helicopters and a sailor greeting children. It says the fleet patrols a third of the earth's surface 'in defense of peace' and meets US obligations to Pacific nations. The tell is euphemism, naming military force 'power for peace', with transfer in the good-will images.
