Return it in good condition: you may want to use it again!
Army conservation sheet in red, black and grey cartoon style: at a supply window marked ISSUE a scowling clerk hands over a paddle-like tool, while at the RETURN window a soldier hurls broken gear. The tell is the caption line 'You may want to use it again!', a mild consequence appeal; the technique is faint here.
