Save, Buy for Victory: War Savings Stamps for Sale Here

A lettered poster with no figures pairs the words 'Save' and 'Buy' with 'for Victory' above a boxed W.S.S. panel and the line 'for sale here', for display at points of sale. The tell is the unspecific goal word 'Victory' joined to the Torch of Liberty seal and the Government's name, which carry the authority.
