Schools at War: 5th War Savings News Bulletin for Teachers
Cover of the December issue of 'Schools at War', a bulletin for teachers: two smiling children and a dog by a Christmas tree hold a savings bond and a card with stars. The ordinary family scene presents bond saving as part of home life (plain-folks) and ties it to Christmas (transfer).
