Security poster 186, army secrets (Lao poster distributed in Vientiane)
A Lao-language security poster showing a man in a yellow uniform and red cap pressing a finger to his lips, above a four-line instruction on military secrecy. The tell is transfer: the authority of the uniform and the hushing gesture are attached to the instruction not to discuss army matters loudly or at length.
