Sucker!
Price-control poster on black: a hand holds out green dollar bills toward a $2.00 price card planted in a carton stencilled OPA CEILING PRICE $1.00, under the headline SUCKER! The insult is aimed at the buyer who pays above the ceiling, and the two prices on one carton make the comparison.
