Content note: Caricature of the Japanese leader, named 'Togo', in a US Army cartoon. This object is shown as it was published. Why
Tomorrow May Be Too Late!
A ghostly, hat-wearing caricature of the Japanese leader tells a miner 'Take it more easy, mister miner, plenty time tomorrow', and the miner answers that Uncle Sam needs more ore today 'to lick the pants off you Togo'. The enemy is staged as the voice of delay, and the single remedy offered is to dig more now.
