Victory Is in Your Hands! Tighten Your Grip - get into War Work
Three before-and-after photo pairs show women moving from sewing, cooking and household tasks to precision machine work, linked by arrows. A clamp crushes a cracked swastika at lower left; 'Victory' and the swastika carry the emotional load, while the paired photos transfer skills from home to factory.
