Notice: Waste Paper and Cardboard Must Not Be Destroyed, Thrown Away or Mixed With Refuse
A text-only statutory notice under the Royal Arms states that waste paper and cardboard must not be destroyed, thrown away or mixed with refuse, and that anyone disregarding the Order is liable to prosecution. The tell for fear-appeal is the stated penalty; the poster reports a legal duty rather than a story or image.
