You've Got a Date with a Bond: Buy Victory Bonds

A smiling blonde woman holds a 'Dominion of Canada Victory Loan' bond and a card on which 'Blond' is struck through and 'Bond' is written in lipstick, under 'Buy Victory Bonds'. The tell for transfer is the appeal of the woman's image and the dating pun attached to the purchase.
