Obraćam vam se kao vaš gradonačelnik i predsjednik Vijeća Narodne zaštite Grada Zagreba.

Dragi građani, naša je domovina – Republika Hrvatska – u pogibelji. Stoga vas pozivam da se svi vi, koji to još niste učinili, prijavite u dobrovoljačke jedinice Narodne zaštite.

Upisivanje u jedinice Narodne zaštite obavlja se u prostorijama mjesnih zajednica.

Izvršimo svi svoju najvišu dužnost: pridružimo se mnoštvu odlučnih branitelja Domovine!
