Content note: Satirical verse using ethnic slurs for Russians ('nits') and an ethnic pun on 'Jew' and 'Jerusalem'; vulgar insults of a named general. This object is shown as it was published. Why
"Życiorys generała": anonymous typed satirical verse biography of General Jaruzelski
Typed rhyming 'biography' dated October 1982 of a general, built from epithets ('son of a bitch', 'Russian lackey', 'Russian nits') and a repeated claim that he serves Moscow. The labels replace evidence, and the last couplet is an ethnic pun. The sheet carries no author or organisation.

Text on the object
ZYCIORYS GENERAŁA Kościuszkowski żołnierzyna Był to kawał sukinsyna, Pragnąc zostać politrukiem, Na sowieckie szedł nauki. A po takich przeszkoleniach Resztki tracił on sumienia. Swoją patriotyczną nutę Tracił pod sowieckim butem. Płyną szumne referaty Kraj potężny i bogaty. Wojsko silne z ruską szkołą Ameryce stawia czoło. Gloria Victis ruskom śpiewał, A robotnik pot wylewał. Rok za rokiem bardziej chudy, A tu płyną wciąż obłudy. Poznań minął, Ursus, Radom, A on klaskał ruskim gadom. Posmutniały twarze ludzi Wojsko w sercach smutek budzi To z Uralu i z nad Wołgi Są już w Polsce - polskie czołgi.
CURRICULUM VITAE OF THE GENERAL A Kościuszko-division soldier boy He was a piece of a son of a bitch, Wanting to become a political officer, He went to Soviet schooling. And after such training He lost the remnants of conscience. His patriotic note He lost under the Soviet boot. Grand reports flow A mighty and rich country. An army strong with the Russian school Stands up to America. He sang 'Gloria Victis' to the Russkies, While the worker shed sweat. Year after year ever thinner, And here hypocrisies keep flowing. Poznań passed, Ursus, Radom, And he applauded the Russian reptiles. On the Coast it was sad And his conscience rotted further. He always proclaimed Russian glory, For that the little stars rained down. Hungry for power in his boasts He dreams of a marshal's throne. At that, the voice of Brezhnev is heard: What is it he wants now? In a bundle of Russian epithets: For marshal - leader of the Soviets. And for Poland, though it is not worth it He created a fourth star in the army. Until a new voice from the Coast Boomed as if from a castle tower. We will build a new Poland Just, with a Polish head. Redeemed by human toil, United with the Polish people. As the whole of Poland arose The general's trousers tremble, When the people so surprised him, He dares not look Poland in the eye. Hiding his mute intentions He put on dark glasses Took instructions from Brezhnev Who had grown angry at Poland. So the Russian lackey glides along, Stiff as if he had swallowed a stake. On the rostrum lofty slogans: About the friendship of the Eagle with the Ass. About respect for Polish Jews And about homage to the Russian nits [vermin]. I do not want to believe that in a commune What the people create will all collapse. Through prisons and through governments The Russian hordes will take over He will again feel wonderful When he saves the country for the Russians. People's faces grew sad The army awakens sadness in hearts Those from the Urals and from over the Volga Are already in Poland - Polish tanks. That is what the people dream of today When hunger vanishes from Poland It is time to outwit their intentions We must grapple again. The Russian carousel will vanish Under the command of Jaruzel Even a Jew will say with regret; That Jerusalem [Jaruzalem] is perishing. October 1982
