Back the Attack! Buy extra war bonds
Narrow bookmark-format sheet in red, white and blue: a box reading 'A War Message' above the script slogan 'Back the Attack!' and a shield reading 'Buy EXTRA War Bonds', with 'EXTRA' underlined. There is no image beyond the lettering, so the technique is faint; the closest is glittering-generalities, the slogan 'Back the Attack' standing in for the case for buying.
