Back the Attack! Buy Extra Bonds, 5th War Loan
Horizontal bond-drive sheet for the 5th War Loan: red script 'Back the Attack!' above a blue band reading 'Buy ... EXTRA BONDS', with a central emblem of a large letter V (with the Morse dot-dot-dot-dash) holding a silhouetted soldier and the words '5th War Loan'. The technique is transfer: the V-for-Victory sign and soldier silhouette lend the campaign's symbols to the purchase, with the slogan as a glittering generality.
