Be proud you're delivering!
Black-and-white photograph taken from a ship's deck, with a ship's bell and rigging in dark foreground and a four-funnel liner on the horizon, under red script reading 'Be proud you're delivering!' and '"it ALL depends on ME"'. The technique is pride and personal responsibility: the first-person line asks each worker to see their own task as the whole delivery.
