Cooperating with War Production Board: Scrap Producer
Blue, white and red display card for scrap-metal dealers and producers: 'Cooperating with War Production Board' with two WPB eagle badges, 'Scrap Producer' in large red type, and a line 'Scrap metal produced and sold last month ... [blank box] tons' to be filled in by hand. A certificate-style sign that rewards participation with the board's emblem; there is little persuasive claim beyond the colours and emblem.
