Frați Români, Bucurați-vă! (Romanian Brethren, Rejoice!)
Text leaflet in a red, yellow and blue tricolour border, addressed to Romanians living under Hungarian rule on Romania's entry into the war, telling them the 'hour of your deliverance' has come and to leave the Austro-Hungarian army. The tells: a coalition roll-call ('Alongside England, France, Italy and Russia') and 'Victory awaits us' stand in for any terms, and virtue words ('a free people, master of its own land', 'Greater Romania') carry the appeal.

Text on the object
Frați Români, Bucurați-vă! România a intrat [illegible] război. Ceasul mântuirii voastre a sunat.
Romanian brethren, Rejoice! Romania has entered [illegible] war. Alongside England, France, Italy and Russia she has set out to free you from the Hungarian yoke. The hour of your deliverance has struck. Our dream of centuries will be fulfilled. From now on the persecutions are over. You will be able to speak your language in peace, you will be able to worship undisturbed in your churches. You will be a free people, master of its own land. Together with the Romanians of the Kingdom and those of Bukovina you will be no more than a single soul, a single country. From this day your place is no longer in the Austro-Hungarian army. Leave its ranks. Come under the Romanian tricolour. Come without delay, that we may fight all together for your happiness and ours. Come, that we may bring about Greater Romania. Victory awaits us. Long live the Romanian nation [text cut off]
Read from the committed image; words covered by stains are marked [illegible], and the gaps were not filled from the Commons description's English paraphrase. The border and the missing end of the last line follow the torn paper. Spelling follows the sheet (for example 'desrobească', 's'a'). Translation is a machine translation by Claude, not verified by a fluent reader.
