Hands That Help the People
A landscape sheet headed 'Hands that serve the people' says Rural Construction cadre teams in Binh Dinh have helped people raise their standard of living. Six photographs show a cadre standing guard with a rifle at a hamlet school gate, cadres helping build a dam, teaching adult classes and children's singing, and a completed bridge. The design carries yellow and red vertical stripes that recall the South Vietnamese national flag, and one sign reads 'Rural Construction cadres exist because of the people and work for the people'.
