Soviet War Poster (Hitler in Chains, reproduced by Russian War Relief Inc.)
A hunched, snarling caricature of Hitler with a swastika armband, collar, chain and ball sits behind prison bars; the foot captions read 'Soviet War Poster 1941' and 'Reproduced by Russian War Relief Inc.'. The tell is the animal-like, shackled caricature standing in for argument, with no text beyond the credit lines.
