Kennedy, Years of Lightning poster (Japanese, Tokyo)
A Japanese-language poster for the Kennedy documentary, using the same photographs as the English sheet: a colour profile portrait, an inauguration, a crowd greeting, a family scene, a funeral procession and a grave. Japanese headlines give the film title, with the English title and credits below and blank fields for date and place of showing. The tell is transfer, with testimonial in the credited commentary: Kennedy's standing is attached to the film and its American makers.
