On the Same Team
Navy recruiting poster for the WAVES: a woman in a Navy uniform and hat in the foreground, two sailors in white behind and beside her, all looking the same way, under the headline 'On the Same Team'. The grouping and headline present enlisted women and men as one unit (identity-fusion), with a general appeal to belonging.
