The People Condemn Viet Cong Terrorism
A photo sheet (SP-1597) says that at 4:30 a.m. on 8 November 1966 Viet Cong disguised as government soldiers fired into people eating at a cafe in Tan Thoi Nhut (Hoc Mon), killing 11 civilians and wounding 9. Photographs show a night rally of villagers with banners, and the bodies at the scene. Crowd images and a death toll are paired to present the condemnation as popular.

THE PEOPLE CONDEMN THE VIET CONG TERRORISTS At 4:30 in the morning of 8-11-66 at the Hai Toan coffee shop, Tien Lan hamlet, Tan Thoi Nhut village (Hoc Mon), the Viet Cong, disguised as government soldiers, suddenly fired a hail of bullets at people eating and drinking, killing 11 civilians and wounding 9 others. After the V.C. terrorist attack, the people of Tan Thoi Nhut village gathered and strongly condemned their killing. Thousands of people shouted slogans with all their strength to show their anger at the inhumane policy of those who call themselves the "South Vietnam Liberation Front". This is the result of the Viet Cong's "liberation" action, showing that they hold innocent lives cheap. SP-1597
