Police Seize VC Terrorist
A photo-montage poster (code SP-1072) headline calls the captured men 'murderous Viet Cong terrorists' and reports that on 7 January 1966 a group brought 120 kg of explosives disguised as a water-carrying tricycle to blow up the Alabama apartment block in Saigon before National Police stopped them. It prints the faces and names of three men, photographs of the vehicle and boxes of explosive, and ends with an appeal to cooperate with the National Police. Named, photographed suspects and a loaded label ('murderers') make the case in one sheet.

POLICE HAVE CAUGHT THE MURDEROUS VIET CONG TERRORISTS On 7 January 1966 a Viet Cong gang carried 120 kilos of explosives to blow up the Alabama apartment block on Cong Quynh street, Saigon. They moved the explosives on a three-wheeled water-carrying cart. The National Police were in time to stop this murderous act. They were arrested right at Bang Ky bridge, Gia-Dinh, with the vehicle holding the explosives. These are the three terrorists: Vo Ke, alias Le Thanh Van, Tran Dinh Hai, alias Chin Nghe, and a man named Nguyen Anh Tuan. The explosives were contained in a three-wheeler disguised as a water-carrying cart. Looking at the 120 kilograms of explosives moved through the streets of Saigon, we see how cheaply the Viet Cong hold the lives of our compatriots! Let us cooperate with the National Police force to stop all inhumane activities of the Viet Cong. SP-1072
