It closes with the line that the rural construction programme brings farmers a life that grows 'brighter and more beautiful every day.' The tell is the pairing of ordinary farmers in concrete training scenes with a general promise of a better life.

TRAINING AND DEMONSTRATION CENTER FOR AGRICULTURE, FISHERIES AND LIVESTOCK AT QUANG TRI The facilities include a meeting hall, dining room and dormitories...with full amenities for farmers who come for training. Observing a session of pen cleaning. The first training course was held in May 1966 and drew over 100 farmers. Fish are a great source of profit that the Center is encouraging farmers in the province to raise. (A model fish pond of 500 square metres was dug right within the Center's grounds to make demonstration easy for farmers to observe.) Instruction in growing various vegetables and beans. The rural construction programme brings farmers a life that grows brighter and more beautiful every day.
