President of the Republic of VN Encourages Farmers to Improve Farming
A portrait sheet on a blue ground shows six colour photographs of President Nguyen Van Thieu on a visit to an agricultural cooperative in An Giang: planting rice seedlings, inspecting sorghum and rice, greeting 4T youth, driving a tractor and handing out land titles and seed. Captions name the visit and the crops. The tell is the leader shown in shirtsleeves among farmers doing farm work, with the benefits (titles, seed, machinery) presented as coming from him.
