Phu Yen Revolutionary Development Pictures
A Vietnamese-language photo sheet titled 'Here! Pictures of rural construction, Phu-Yen' shows six scenes of cadre teams working with villagers: a planning meeting for the 1967 self-help programme, a footbridge, a market, a dispensary and reading room, a fish pond and a village road. Each caption names the cadre team, hamlet and district. Named teams, places and ordinary labourers give the claims local detail, and the sheet shows completed or in-progress work only.

ĐÂY ! HÌNH ẢNH XÂY DỰNG NÔNG THÔN PHÚ-YÊN Đại-Úy Trưởng ban thường vụ Hội Đồng X.D.N.T. Phú-Yên (ngồi) đang thảo luận với các thân hào nhân sĩ, đồng bào trong ấp và đoàn Cán Bộ X.D.N.T./P.Y. 13 tại ấp Phú-Hoà (quận Hiếu-Xương) về kế hoạch thực hiện những công tác phát triển tự túc năm 1967. Một trong những công tác phát triển cộng đồng, đoàn cán bộ X.D.N.T. Phú-Yên 16 đã vận động và góp sức cùng đồng bào ấp Hoà-Đa (quận Tuy-An) bắc một cây cầu nối liền đường xương sống của ấp với quốc lộ số 1. Các cán bộ X.D.N.T. Phú-Yên 2 tại ấp Phú-Vang (Tuy-Hoà) đang cùng với đồng bào trong ấp xây cất chợ. Căn nhà này đang tiến triển khả quan là nhờ công của cán bộ đoàn 2 ấp Phú-Vang (Tuy-Hoà) vận động đồng bào xây cất trạm y-tế và phòng đọc sách báo của ấp. Rồi đây những con cá to bự uốn mình lượn vòng trên mặt nước hồ là do công cộng đồng bào và tài vận động khéo léo của đoàn cán bộ X.D.N.T. Phú-Yên 6 ấp Phụng-Tường (Tuy-Hoà). HERE! PICTURES OF RURAL CONSTRUCTION, PHU-YEN The Captain, head of the standing committee of the Phu-Yen Rural Construction Council (seated), discussing with notables, villagers of the hamlet and the Rural Construction cadre team Phu-Yen 13 at Phu-Hoa hamlet (Hieu-Xuong district) the plan for carrying out self-reliance development work in 1967. As one community development project, cadre team Phu-Yen 16 mobilised and joined the villagers of Hoa-Da hamlet (Tuy-An district) to build a bridge linking the hamlet's main (backbone) road with National Route 1. Rural Construction cadres of team Phu-Yen 2 at Phu-Vang hamlet (Tuy-Hoa) are building a market together with the villagers of the hamlet. This house is making good progress thanks to the efforts of the team 2 cadres of Phu-Vang hamlet (Tuy-Hoa), who mobilised the villagers to build the hamlet's medical station and newspaper reading room. Soon big fish will glide in circles on the surface of the pond, thanks to the community effort of the villagers and the skilful mobilising of Rural Construction cadre team Phu-Yen 6 of Phung-Tuong hamlet (Tuy-Hoa). The picture above shows villagers and cadres of R.C./P.Y. 6 digging a fish pond. Rural Construction cadre team P.Y. 5 of Minh-Duc hamlet is helping the people build the hamlet's backbone road.
