Primary Duties of Drivers poster, PO-234-E (English poster distributed in Manila)
A text-only sheet headed 'Memorize.... Primary Duties of Drivers' lists nine rules for military vehicle drivers, from guarding the vehicle and not drinking before a trip to filling in trip tickets, reporting defects and obeying traffic rules. A footer says the list is required by a circular of the Armed Forces of the Philippines general headquarters. The tell is transfer: the authority of a named military circular is attached to the rules.
