Railroads are ready
Industry poster in red, white and blue: a banner reading 'RAILROADS ARE' above giant 'READY' lettering over an aerial view of a rail yard crowded with freight cars, locomotives and a city skyline. The tell is the vague pledge ('ready to meet the nation's needs') backed by an image showing only capacity and no strain.
