Remember Pearl Harbor, Time for Action!
On an orange field under the quoted words 'Remember Pearl Harbor', a dark aircraft with a line running down to a Coast Guard cutter (CG411) over rough water. 'Time for Action!' crosses the sheet in red and 'Join the U.S. Coast Guard' closes it. The fear-appeal is mild: the aircraft marks a threat, and enlistment is the one prescribed answer.
