Remember Pearl Harbor, Buy War Bonds

A Statue of Liberty figure holds her torch up while a hairy arm labelled 'Jap Treachery' raises a swastika-hilted knife marked 'Dec. 7th'. At lower left a grinning, bespectacled caricature in a swastika-marked jacket offers a 'Peace' branch. The slur, the caricature and the knife stage the attack as treachery, a name-calling and fear-appeal frame, ending in 'Buy War Bonds'.
