Secretaries of war, 1943 US poster: Color photo poster

Secretaries of war

Color photo poster: four smiling women in civilian dress, each wearing an 'Army' identification badge, pose against a large U.S. flag above the title 'Secretaries of War'. The technique is modest; transfer sets the flag and the Army badge beside ordinary office workers to give the job national standing.
