Stop wasting!!
Army mess poster on dark green: a photographed scowling man in a cook's hat and a pointing finger with a ring, beside the slanted words STOP WASTING!! Direct address and a stern face press the viewer to comply. The technique is faint here, the closest being a fear-appeal of reprimand.
