Các dân-tộc trên thế-giới đều mong muốn Hoà-bình (The World's People Want Peace) (Vietnamese poster distributed in Vietnam)
A Vietnamese-language sheet headed 'peace'. A farmer ploughing with oxen, a crossed-out helmeted soldier with bayonet, a soldier beside a civilian family and a photograph of a delegates' hall surround captions. The text says free-world resources must now go to preventing aggression, that the United States proposed all nations reduce armaments, and that UN control of weapons, including atomic arms, would follow international agreement. The tell is glittering-generalities, peace attached to farming and family, and card-stacking, one proposal shown as the way.

Text on the object
Các dân-tộc trên thế-giới đều mong muốn HOÀ-BÌNH... ...
The world's peoples all want PEACE... ... to produce more food, build houses and teach their children. At present, all the energy and resources of the Free World must be applied to preventing aggression. The United States has proposed that every nation reduce its armaments. Armies in future will have to be reduced, according to the population of each nation. Because the disarmament question concerns all nations and peoples, nations and peoples must work to settle it. The free nations agree that disarmament will be carried out through the United Nations. Impartial UN control of the weapons of nations, including atomic arms, will be accepted in accordance with international agreements.
