Every Stamp Blots a Nazi - Buy War Savings
A hand holds a 'National Savings 6d' stamp above a sheet of stamp spaces filled with caricatured Axis faces, including an SS-uniformed officer, under 'Every stamp blots a Nazi - Buy war savings'. The tell is the caricature and the slogan equating each saving stamp with removing an enemy, in place of any figure on what the savings fund.
