Ministry of Supply - Service Speakers

Three men in RAF, Army and Navy uniform march behind a blank panel under the title 'Ministry of Supply Service Speakers'. Transfer: the authority of the three services is attached to the ministry's speaker scheme; the blank panel left room to overprint local meeting details.
