Plan and Grow for Winter

A long black banner with the slogan 'Plan and Grow for Winter', with two arrows in red and green behind 'Plan' and 'Grow'. It is a plain slogan banner with no issuer printed; the closest technique is a faint fear-appeal, since winter is implied as a time of shortage and a single remedy is prescribed, but no threat or figure is stated.
