'Franklin D. Roosevelt, Presidente de los Estados Unidos de América' (US portrait poster in Spanish)
A formal photographic portrait of President Roosevelt sits between a blue field with white stars and a red field, with only his name and title as text. The tell for transfer is the national colours and stars placed around the head of state, so that the flag's prestige attaches to the man and to the government that issued the sheet.
