Vietcong Rocket Saigon
A colour sheet headed 'Một lần nữa đồng bào lại là nạn nhân của bọn Việt-Cộng khát máu' (Once again the people are victims of the bloodthirsty Viet Cong) shows a night fire in Saigon buildings, a field of burnt-out roofs and onlookers around a covered body. The text says the Viet Cong shelled the capital and provincial towns and that this proves the 'Liberation Front' cares nothing for civilian lives or property. It pairs civilian-damage photographs with a hostile label for the enemy.
