Tại sao người Mỹ đã đến Việt-Nam? (Why Have Americans Come to Vietnam?)

Người Mỹ đã đến Việt Nam vì họ cương quyết giúp ta đánh bại Cộng Sản xâm lăng. Cùng một ý tưởng như chúng ta, họ biết rằng nếu không chận đứng cuộc xâm lăng thì nó sẽ lan tràn như một bịnh dịch làm hại đến những nơi khác trên thế giới. Giống như các binh sĩ ta, người Mỹ đã hy sinh tánh mạng để cùng ta chia xẻ một trách nhiệm nặng nề. TẠI SAO NGƯỜI MỸ ĐÃ ĐẾN VIỆT-NAM? Tuy nhiên họ đến Việt Nam không chỉ với mục đích giúp ta chiến thắng tại chiến trường. Họ đã đến để giúp ta xây dựng lại quê hương và cuộc sống của chúng ta. Họ cùng ta tin tưởng rằng tàn tích của chiến tranh phải bị xóa bỏ để nhân dân ta có thể sống sung túc tự do. SP-1441
The Americans came to Vietnam because they are determined to help us defeat the Communist invasion. With the same idea as us, they know that if the invasion is not stopped it will spread like an epidemic and harm other places in the world. Like our soldiers, the Americans have sacrificed their lives to share a heavy responsibility with us. WHY HAVE THE AMERICANS COME TO VIETNAM? However, they came to Vietnam not only for the purpose of helping us win on the battlefield. They came to help us rebuild our homeland and our lives. They share our belief that the remnants of war must be wiped away so that our people can live prosperous and free. SP-1441
