The text calls An Khe a model resettlement centre built by the Americans and the people together. Only cooperative scenes appear; the sheet's selection of images is its technique.

WORKING HAND IN HAND TOWARD PROSPERITY An Khe, the station of the U.S. First Air Cavalry Division, is also a district seat now under intense construction in Binh Dinh. The American forces and the people of the area are cooperating to build An Khe into a model resettlement centre. The district doctor is caring for patients at the An Khe dispensary, a dispensary being improved thanks to the help of the U.S. Air Cavalry Division and USOM. Soldiers of the Cavalry Division help village people level the ground to build houses Many refugee compatriots from Qui Nhon and other places in Binh Dinh province have moved to live at An Khe. The American soldiers have cooperated with them in building houses. Relief supplies have been sent as gifts to the refugee compatriots. The children also received gifts. SP-904
