RALLIER ACTIVITIES, PHUOC LONG PROVINCE While staying at the Chieu Hoi Centre, the Hoi Chanh brothers and sisters are guided to study in order to broaden their knowledge and to understand the policy and line of the Government of the Republic of Vietnam. When he came back to rally, Mr. LE DACH brought a weapon and was guided to the Provincial Chieu Hoi Centre. Once they have returned to a decent life, the Hoi Chanh are always given wholehearted help by the Chieu Hoi agency in every respect. The Major, Deputy Province Chief for Internal Security, and the Major, Chief of Staff, Phuoc Long Sub-Sector, warmly ask after the health of the brothers and encourage the ralliers at the Provincial Chieu Hoi Centre.
