Azad Hind, English edition, front page (Syonan/Singapore, 7 November 1944)
Front page of the English edition of Azad Hind, dated 7 November 1944, under the motto 'Unity Faith Sacrifice'. The war column prints only Domei-relayed Japanese-side claims ('2 Foe Carriers Sunk, 2 Damaged Off Philippines'; 'Initiative Of Battle In Pacific Theatre Passes Into Nippon Hands') with no Axis losses shown, beside an item on US war-factory strikes; and virtue words ('freedom', 'justice', 'unity and co-operation of the nations of Asia') carry the argument in place of testable claims.
