Dong Binh Bridge: Connecting
A yellow page with two captions and one photograph of villagers, children and a woman carrying baskets near a new wooden footbridge. The captions say a student is helping two soldiers build a bridge, that student and soldier alike were volunteers recruited by the district chief, and that a weak old bridge has been replaced to join the two parts of Dong Binh hamlet. The tell is the pairing of soldiers, students and villagers in one cooperative scene.
