"Your Guns, Tanks and Universal Carriers Are Helping Red Army Win"
A reproduced typed letter from the Soviet Minister in Ottawa and the USSR's commercial attache, with an English translation, is set beside a photograph of Red Army gunners. The slogan 'Give us more of them... say Russian warriors' and the closing question 'Shall brave men die because you faltered?' put the request for higher output in the mouths of the recipients, which is the testimonial tell.
