CHIEU HOI BUILDS LOVE Within the framework of the "Spring Reunion" campaign, aimed at limiting the bloodshed and soothing all suffering to bring peace to the country... At 19:30 on 17-2-1967 at the Vinh Long Chieu Hoi Center, the wedding ceremony for the rallier couples Nguyen-Ngoc-Diep and Ngo-Thi-Tam; Nguyen-Van-Chien and Nguyen-Thi Mai-Ly was held in a solemn atmosphere.
